Has anyone ever done this looking for a DD36?
I can not find a late year 118239 with the blue dial and sticks.
Has anyone bought one knowing that they would have the dial changed? If so who did you use and what was the cost? |

You can or cannot find the one with blue dial and sticks? It isn't a huge deal to change the dial. Dial should be around $500-$1000 depending on your source. 118239 is a great watch.

I've changed dials on my old 1803; the difficulty was finding one in good shape. You're unlikely to get Rolex to see one in the color you want (imho).

Curious how this goes! I think all the "neo-Stella" dials released released in 2014 are underrated. They weren't available on a bracelet until 2016, so the 118239 blue stick would have only been made 2016-2018.

Had changed dials few times on my 18239. Any competent watchmen can do the swap for you (had paid around $75-$100), the tricky part is finding the dial you want.
Think the dial on mine is what you want? I bought it through Chrono24 from a brick and mortar jewerly store in the UK. There are good deals in Chrono24, just male sure the dial is genuine and buy the seller first Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

hi
Yes, it can be done! I got a 19239 with a roman numeral rhodium dial and ordered a new blue dial from Rolex via as AD.
