Thoughts on Breitling Chronomat BO1 42

I'm not sure if they all have a green dial or it's just the one that's been presented to me, but have an opportunity to purchase and wanted peoples' thoughts. Not as familiar with the Breitling line and figured I'd open it up here.

Thoughts on Breitling Chronomat BO1 42

Hey, welcome. I like / enjoy Breitling very so much, they have some great watches but one of the issues like many brands is the value doesn’t hold if you buy brand new from an AD. Great movement, You can find the Chronomat for 30% online $5700ish which is pretty big savings since retail is $8100. Nice watch but wouldn’t pay full price for this piece. Also they aren’t hard to find so no need to rush in purchasing if you like it. I like the Rouleaux bracelet, not a fan of the bezel shininess though. If green is the theme, and you are wanting breitling I actually like the left piece more (green dial also) or the Outterknown Green. They do have other colors though so you can checkout the website. If you can get a nice discount from AD then go for it but would be an easy pass on full price.

The green dial at the top looks a lot better than I thought!

Great watch and a real show stopper with the new bracelet and dial. Once properly adjusted the watch wears great. I thought I wanted the copper dial but ended up with the silver and am very pleased. I think it has a retro look and feel.

Used to hate the roulleaux bracelet but this actually works for me. I think theyre nice at typical breitling discounts. I'd definitely rather get from an AD for a couple hundred more for a 5 year warranty.

This should be a nice watch. I had a classic chronomat, which was 39.5mm. it wears smaller than a dyatona and sub, I'd imagine this would wear about the same size as a sub or daytona.

The Bentley Green version is also the only dial with a gloss finish that gives it much more depth and lustre compared to the other versions with the matte dials.

Just purchased the blue dial and am pleased. I'm not a big fan of green dials, in general, but it looked pretty good on this watch. Thought seriously on the gray dial, but thought it was too flat. Loving the retro looking rouleaux band.

Haven't seen it real life but I hear that it's very weighty watch.

This. Anyone who have one know the weight? How does it feel on the wrist?

head weighs 198g.

How does it feel on the wrist? I'm biased, but I'd have to say very, very well.
the Rouleaux is extremely comfortable, the watch feels "substantial" and wears rather large for a 42mm. Here on my 6.5" wrist:

Anyone else picked one of these up? I'm about to pull the trigger on the silver...
