Rolex Vintage Ladies Precision, 4996?

Hi, new here and first post.

Was hoping I can get some help with figuring out what model this watch is. It is manual winding.

The closest I've found is this from googling "rolex precision 4996 RO-488F". Looks like I am unable to post a direct link to the only one that I've found so far, at least not until my post count reaches 10.

Receipt and papers show it's from 1972, purchased in Macau at a jeweler.

If I open the back, will it be stamped on the back of the case?

Thanks for any input.

Both the watch and box are so funky! Reminds me of something my grandmother would have worn.
