Meteorite GMT
Hi guys,
After watching some YouTube videos I’ve now become a huge fan of the meteorite GMT reference 126719BLRO. What’s the current situation with this watch, is it obtainable through ADs? Normally precious metal watches are but some seem to be in high demand at the moment! |

I gave 50% deposit to my AD exactly 7 month ago, still waiting. I spoke with my AD she said the wait can take up to 2 years. If you would not give any deposit at all, your chances of getting it are 0.

My AD cancelled my ordered. I was told that they have no idea if they will be e receiving this piece. They used my deposit towards something else. Apparently, hard to get. Grey have it for over retail. Good luck.

This is my understanding too. All PM sports pieces are allocation pieces now, meaning an AD cannot order them.

I'm detrmined to get one of these. I have a strong AD-and relationship with them in DFW. I'm doing this:
1. Because I love the watch 2. To test my AD's clout with Rolex-and mine with my AD. |

I've been waiting 8 months but don't expect to ever get the call. I have purchased several watches in the last year. I'm being told this model is ungettable. ADs are telling me they each get 1 a year and have 15 high spenders waiting for the watch.

Very hard to get. Probably easier to get the steel version.

What if someone just wanted the regular blue dial WG Pepsi GMT? Is going to be a "beg your AD for an allocation"?

Shouldn't be as hard. They should be able to secure you one but you might have to wait.

I’m impatiently waiting at this point haha. I got a regular Pepsi and it only has teased me more. I’m 7 months into the wait, which I know it’s the bad for a hard to get piece.

In the UK, obtainable in mid 2020, was offered one within couple years, then went back in September to go ahead and I am now number 5 on the list, the AD gets 1 a year (although I got the impression this is not always the case, maybe less, maybe extra one now and again).

Yeah only 7 months. My AD told me initially, ‘great news I can order one BUT it’ll be SEVERAL SEVERAL MONTHS’. I took that as it may come but may not. I don’t know but it’s yours when it gets here. Told them I wanted it for my birthday, low and behold it was only a week late. Pretty killer timing. I’ll post pix tomorrow or Friday when it gets here.

It’s a hard piece to come by, even at that price point.
Have a look at the meteorite dd40, ok totally different watch but if it’s a meteorite dial you’re set on you would find this one slightly easier to acquire I believe. |
