Funny enough, the bracelet is the biggest tell for me. The new ones, barely taper at all.

The crown guards on this one are larger, as are the lugs, so this is definitely the 40. The 41 has smaller crown guards, which creates the appearance of the crown sticking out farther. Once you notice it, it's even more noticeable than the lugs.
