Surprise Christmas Grail!

Today is my lucky day. Was hard at work sanding up a custom desk for our new stay at home office (Maple/Walnut). Heard my phone ring and saw I had a text from my awesome AD...offering me the watch I have lusted over since I was 16. The watch every gentleman wants...you know what I am talking about. The classic, the iconic, the revered. Simple yet elegant. Adaptable. The Rolex Submariner.

I know everyone likes the Date version, but I have always preferred the clean look of the no date.

This watch will split time with my Black Bay 58 on NATO, which I wear most days due to my work environment being more casual, but I am absolutely looking forward to this being a weekend warrior. I feel like I have closed a chapter of my collection, and am very excited to see where the next part of the journey takes me.

Cheers!

Congrats on this classic. This one too is a workhorse that feels like a bulletproof watch.
Enjoy.

Great choice. I also like the Submariner with no cyclops. Enjoy. A very iconic time piece.
