my new sea dweller
My search is finally over.
I'd been on the look out for a good few months for a Sea Dweller. My heart was set and the search was on. So I began trawling the internet for that something special, I couldn't afford to go to an AD, I'd been to look and they were just outside what I could afford, but I knew If I were patient I could land my perfect catch. My wish list list was...... New version without visible lug holes Excellent condition New box and packaging Great price Oh, there out there, but they are getting snapped up quick. I'd tried fleabay- but it just didn't feel right. I'd looked at auction houses sites, internet retailers, private sellers and on and on it went. Then I stumbled across this forum and after a few days noticed the for sale section. After two days of looking there she was. New version (tick) Condition excellent, (great photos steve) (tick) New box and all the paper work (tick) Price? wow (tick- tick) Would I be quick enough? It had happened several times before, my hopes where raised and then dashed as I was pipped at the post. Not this time it was easy I posted Steve. He'd just posted it so it was still there......YES!!! I wired him the cash he sent it right over. EASY!!! It's now on my wrist and been there for the last two weeks. It's everything I thought/hoped it would be. Thanks Steve a pleasure doing business with you and one bigto the forum. I guess I better start looking for a better camera than my iphone to take pictures on though, another search begins Nigel. |
