Strange Rolex Pocketwatch -Help Needed.
I am totally stumped. Can anyone help identify what year and model this is? I've never seen a pocketwatch like this one before. It has an upside-down dial like a nurse's watch, but it's a man's size, around 38 mm I believe. "Crystal" is acrylic. The case has no markings on it whatsoever.
