For sale is a near mint condition 40mm stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold Rolex Submariner date. The 16613 is a Y serial, circa 2003. The Submariner comes with inner and outer box, manuals, polishing cloth and warranty papers. The Rolex features a brushed steel case with polished sides and is affixed by a unidirectional rotating yellow gold divers bezel, set with a blue aluminum insert. The insert is crisp, no dings, dents or scratches. The Submariner is mounted on a steel and yellow gold Oyster bracelet with brushed steel outer links, polished gold center links, and is secured by a safety lock gold-through clasp. The SEL bracelet contains 11 full size links, will comfortably fit a 7.25 inch wrist, and contains almost no stretch; would rate it 92% plus. The Rolex features a blue dial with applied yellow gold superluminova coated hour markers, polished gold luminous hands, and a magnified date window at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 16613 is the Rolex caliber 3135 which features approximately 50 hours of power reserve and was COSC certified. Overall the Rolex is quite clean – the flutes in the bezel are crisp, the chamfers on the lugs are sharp, and the coronet in the clasp is well defined.
