Tudor black bay 58 blue with pre-2020 warranty card?

Ran into a sale that the seller has the pre-2020 warranty card. I thought all black bay 58 blue has the new style warranty card?

As in the red card that still had space for the buyer's name? Those were still in use for much of 2020, including plenty of BB58 blues.

Not all regions issued cards in the new format when it was introduced. For example, July 2020 is when we saw the new style cards here the states, but in Canada they were still issuing the older style. Chances are that BB58 was sold abroad.
