C24 has a couple offered in the low 60's - though is there a site that lists where they are trading at - as opposed to simply where they are offered?

A quick google search finds several at significantly less than $60k. Whether any of those sources are legit is hard to tell (hence I'm not posting the links). You should definitely be able to do better than the C24 ask, given the significant fees included.

This seems to be one of the last RO bargains out there (relatively speaking).
