Wow!!! Sure beats the hell out of the static pics I have from my air show days.......

I knew a bunch of "aviation photographers" from back in the 80's and early 90's and these guys usually had a lot of access at air shows, etc. At the show I worked security at for 15 years, one of the jobs I had for several years was escorting these guys around to the "premium" spots to get pictures. The people who were able to get air to air shots were of the "rare" breed. It required extraordinary levels of sucking up to get a ride to take photos......

Good Catch!!!!

Most people that half way know their birds thought it was the F-86 Sabre.

Try and stump me with an aircraft. LOL
The F86 has wings that bisect the fuselage on the bottom of the bird, not half-way, and the tail of the 86 is completely different. The MIG15 is also quite a bit smaller than an 86. At our national aviation museum they have an 86 and a Czech-marked 15 almost side by each. Great comparison.

My dad is ex-RCAF and I was in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets in my yout (and flew gliders). I love planes, trains and automobiles.

Which one is the Fag? I'm just asking for a friend, you know. Yeah, in case JJ ever comes to the good ole USA we know which aircraft to fly him in on. This way there'll be a fag in a Fag.

The one in the Red Bull livery. It was the CCCP's fighter of choice until the MiG21 was made operational.

I guess you'll want my job...sadly my beloved F-14 is being officially retired next week. I first flew it in 1988.

I'm sure we all want his job

The one with the smoking biplane & the staten island ferry terminal is probably my favourite!
