I need some help!

Could somebody tell me what this watch is? Found it in a friends house that I’m clearing out for him. Thanks in advance.

Seems to be a very early R.W.C hand winding watch in not the best condition. The case seems to be plated and the movement a hunter caliber -i think-.

A Rolex supplied movement, an RWC case and unfortunately, with only a gold filled case there isnt much value there. Maybe $100-$200 on a really good day. It would be the type of watch that someone would buy to scavenge parts off of for another build.

It is a nice looking watch in my opinion. Does it work? If so, I could see it getting a number of bids on eBay. Saw a very similar one up for sale there recently but looked back through and couldn’t find the listing.

It does work but obviously needs quite extensive restoration. Just wondered if people thought it was worth selling or trying to get it restored.

If it currently works I wouldn’t put a ton of money into it and would sell it as is. Whoever gets it can then decide how much restoration they think is necessary. If I was buying it, I would just get a second hand to replace the missing one and cal it a day. I think, in working condition and assuming it is a men’s size, that it will bring several hundred dollars.

For me, it would not be worth restoring since it's not particularly appealing to me. But also, given the condition of the dial and case it has virtually no value beyond the movement, if someone needs it for parts. But it's an obscure movement. If you get £100 for it, you've done very well IMO.
