What is the best way to look for a certified used Rolex? Is there such a thing as a certified dealer or re-seller? Or, does their reputation matter more?

There is no such thing. Rolex does not "certify" any sellers or resellers, nor do they certify any used watches.

Rolex has a worldwide network of Authorized Dealers, who sell new, and are listed on their web site.
