The Tudor Black Bay Pro

39mm t fit clasp. Yep love it. Best release from the crown or shield imo.

I can’t find the thickness of this watch listed? Is it the same case as a BB58?

I think it could be with a taller rear caseback.

Don't know yet doesn't look overly thick from this.

I’m still picturing something very thin. My guess is same case, different caseback.

Best release from Rolex/Tudor for a while. Hope they fixed the date issue once and for all.

I honestly do not get why people are enamored by the sports models with very large crowns without a guard. I feel like it's impractical, but also less aesthetically pleasing.

It's a new smaller crown...

Just because the crown is new and smaller doesn't negate my original statement. The crown on the new BB pro is still very large to come without a guard IMO.

Really nice.
I feel like Rolex have lost the plot and Tudor have overtaken them in terms of style.

It looks more like they are imitating them. That's a vintage Exlporer II, minus the crown guards and cyclops. Nothing original, but if it fills a niche that Rolex have left, it's easy money for not much effort.

Completely agree. Tudor have really cemented their place as a Rolex homage company with this years releases.
Can’t get the watch you want from rolex? Come and get one that looks similar from Tudor.

IMO it’s really lazy

I think it’s okay in a way. At least I can afford to buy a new 1655-like watch at an affordable price in brand new, unworn condition instead of paying top dollar for a 1655 that is worn and showing signs of wear and tear.

Yeah that’s fair enough.
But would you not rather see Tudor make original watches that you can’t get elsewhere? They have the history and the brand prestige to be able to produce some amazing stuff- but they just pump out a million Black bay variations and produce homages to rolex.

Because their best selling watches have always been the Rolex homage pieces.
The only reason they make anything else is so they can claim that they are not a homage company. But they are.

I really like this model, reminiscent somewhat of a vintage Rolex 1655 EXII in design but obviously very different

This might be my first Tudor! If it fits anything like a Rolex Explorer II 16570 in feeling on wrist.

Love the crown on this watch, it looks like the same style of Rolex with the big serrations (not the usual Black Bay style).
Love the vintage look of the hour markers without any white gold surrounds, and the riveted bracelet is cool too!!!
