Quite a few Black Bay 58 Bronze for sale

Took a quick look at the sale section and man there are a lot of Tudor BB58 bronze for sale right now. I count at least seven unique ads in the last month. Seems like a lot for a boutique-only watch released only one year ago. Curious what's driving this? Wonder if folks were unhappy with the patina? Or had skin problems with the bronze bracelet? Anyone on here owned one and fell out of love with it? Or on the other end, own it and love it?

When I was at the Tudor boutique in Rome back in Sept, they told me they receive about 70 pieces a month of the new bronze. Most likely they met the initial release demand quickly.

I have the all bronze. I guess since it’s boutique only and there aren’t many boutiques there’s a slight difficulty getting one. I’ve never had the fabled green wrist nor any of the other issues people discuss. It does Patina

Yes, strange... quite an increase in supply, here in HK lately, as well.

Another watch that I love the look of but when I've tried on, soon realised that even in the medium term, isn't going to cut the mustard.

Interesting. I got one about a month ago. I'm not going to like the patina look, so I clean it every couple of uses. Initially, I didn't clean it for a few days and my wrist turned green. But, overall, I do really like the watch.

I wonder if the novelty wears off once you've seen the renowned patina appear and it stops developing...

Same with the BB58 925 silver and the Pelagos FXD, ebay in the UK is now full off them, the flippers are no longer making profit on them, so buying stock instore will happen very soon.
