Tudor Black Bay 58 Owners
I bought mine new from AD. Was winding it today, and just realized there isn’t a black o-ring gasket (black rubber band) like there is on Rolex Sport models - e.g., Sub and Daytona.
I am a little surprised by this, but assume this is how they are made/sent by Tudor from the factory. Does everyone else’s BB58 lack the o-ring? Maybe that’s why the BB58 has 100m less water resistance than the Sub? |

Tudor uses the twin lock design on the BB and the Pelagos. The Pelagos is rated to 500m |

Thanks, fellas - very educational. So, the answer is simply that the BB58 does not come with an o-ring. I love my BB58 Blue!
Great watch, great price, and available through ADs! What a concept. |
