thread of the new left-handed GMT, how many in the forum?

I am very happy with my left-handed gmt, but I don't see many entries here, how many of you have received it?

Question.

It appears you are wearing it on your left wrist, I assume you take the watch off when setting the time or date?

In the real world it's possible to convert any Rolex to left hand wind if wanted with slight modification.

A lesson learned, setting a watch should ALWAYS been done off the wrist, as unintentional torque can slightly bend the stem if performed on the arm....

Cool design but I have no interest in getting one. I like the destro look with some other brands but it just doesn’t work for me with Rolex.

Well, I assume that they re-seated the dial feet to rotate the dial 180° but they did not modify the keyless works, so now you have to wind the watch counterclockwise?

Would really depend on the model, and willingness to use modified/aftermarket parts I’d think. Daytona would be impossible and DD nearly so. Others would require the GMT’s flipped date wheel. Of course there’s always the…

Dateless three-handers. Those literally just need the dial rotated 180 degrees (and perhaps changes to the little pegs that secure the dial to the movement?). Crystal, too, if laser-etched and one cares about that.

I think this is the ugliest Rolex I have ever seen. But my opinion doesn't matter at all. If you like it, that's cool! And congrats, mate!

Left handed GMT? You mean left hand usage, which is worn on the right hand?

I do not have dexterity in my left fingers to set the watch so it's a no go for me. These are near impossible to get, so OP you are indeed lucky to have purchased one. Enjoy.

Congrats OP! Personally love the color combination but cannot adjust to the design.
