Deciding on my next 41mm Submariner Gold Rolex... help (poll)
Ok, simple poll... as I am completely torn on which one to get..
I have owned in the past the 40mm Blue dial, but am thinking I want something "different" this time with the 41... but yet, I've always been drawn to the blue.. that said, we have 3 major options in the same price range.. What would you pick if you had to pick one? Thanks 126618LB (Blue Dial / Yellow Gold) 126618LN (Black Dial / Yellow Gold) 126619LB (Black Dial / Blue Bezel / White Gold) |

If I mad more money, I’d get a yellow gold & black dial Sub as a one watch collection and rock it as a daily.

I like to be low key. I would pick the 126619LB.

126618LB. You've had the combination before. You like what you like. No need to get something different just for the sake of it. Consider it an update.

126618LB (Blue Dial / Yellow Gold) gets my vote! That ref has been my holy grail piece for a long time now. One of these days I will have one!

I recently added the 126619LB. The most yellow gold I can get by with is two tone.
There is no bad choice between the three if you like full YG.

Honestly, I’d try to get the 116619 Smurf!

Sam, if looking as a stand alone, the black/yellow gold LN is the one I'd pick. The coolest, sexiest, and most badass out of those 3 beauties. However; now that I know you have the Root Beer (I'm assuming the full Everose?), I'd lean towards either of the blue dials for variety, with the white gold LB being the most different. But if you don't care about that kind of stuff, and just choosing based on those 3 references, my vote is for the black and yellow gold! Good luck!

You're reading my mind.. my thing is, I've had the 116618LB for 4 years now, and sort of used to it... nothing majorly special, but I always gravitate to it (have owned the two tone version twice over the last 30 years)... and I'm torn on the white gold, as I feel "go big or go home" with Gold, but I do like the look... and the Black on Gold is VERY classic and more understated than the blue dial.. I really enjoy the way the GMT Rose looks on me, so I feel I might like this one the most... right now, I'm leaning towards this choice.. and this poll isn't helping me as it's not really overwhelming in any one direction.... |

I voted 126619LB, although I personally strongly prefer the prior version.

Taste is in the eye of the beholder.
I’d pick the YG/Black dial. It blends much better with most color choices I choose with my attire. I rarely wear blue, lol… YMMV

Blue gold sub. But would be worried I would get robbed wearing it. Never seen a more blingy watch that has no diamonds or jewels than the gold blue sub.

Having worn one for 4 years a lot, it didn't draw as much attention as I expected, but yes, I agree... it's pretty darn "Bling" and the other two are much less so.

Yellow gold and blue all the way. Much more beautiful combo in my opinion than the other two

So I'm particularly drawn to blue dials and will so easily go for the 126618LB (Blue Dial / Yellow Gold).
It's a close call though because they're all stunning and you can't be wrong with either. |

For solid gold, white gold would be my choice.

you seem like you're not a wg guy and i'm not either so gonna scrap that one
i would say go with the black dial since you already had the blue for a while. i feel like if you get the blue it won't be as exciting as a new watch should be because you've already had it. worst case you don't bond with the black and trade for the blue, but at least you won't always be thinking about whether you should've done something different and gotten the black one |

YG blue or black or the old WG Smurf would be my choice.
