Any got any recommendations for aftermarket Cartier santos (midsize) leather strap options?

DE Lugs is the way to go. I have 5 straps for that exact watch. I think they're the only aftermarket strap company that found a way to make their product work with quick release.

So far, so good. I bought my watched used and it came with all the extra straps. Kind of amazing that someone would spend so much on a watch and straps, some of which appear to be unused, and then sell the watch at a severe discount.

Check out HD Straps - they make great aftermarket straps and can do one for the new Santos. I haven’t ever bought from him, but I know several who have and I see him on the watch forums on social media with lots of positive feedback. Here’s his website:
