Thanks very much for all the comments Im am very very happy - I know I have made the right choice although it was a little out of my price range (thats what an offset mortgage is for :-)).

I have just come back from the pub after celebrating.

Ive already started looking at straps :-) - I like the Simona, Heroic 18 and Ted SU makes but still undecided. I think I would like a light tan strap for starters. Im not too sure which is better for a small wrist - advice always appreciated.

With a similar sized wrist to me the bigger straps can be a bit oversized, i'd stick to anything 4mm and thinner, with the OEM straps being nice and Heroic18 and Ted Su doing some nice ones in thinner sizes.

Icon14 I expect that you will enjoy your 233 as much as I am enjoying mine

The strap thing is a bit obsessive.
I already have three plus the two that came with the watch. The strange thing is I keep looking at others. Now I know why there is a market for the previously unknown watch band folder.

To all outthere is there a maximum before you say enough straps??
