16710 Service
Expat living in Singapore currently. Called the local RSC about a 16710 service and changing the bezel out to another color. They said that the Rolex policy has recently changed and they no longer do this. They will only give you a new, original color bezel. Has anyone else heard this? Could this be a local Singapore policy?
