Retro cool, but not sure it's worth $5k premium. What all does the package include besides the stripes and wheels?

It is basically a sr5 premium. Get the badge, bronze wheels and stripes.

I like the wheels, but the graphics look out of place. A wrap offers a lot of better options to go with those wheels at a better price.

I don't think it's trying at all.

I'm sure you can have the dealer remove the starsky stripes.

I think its sweet, but white 4 runners are one of my favorite SUVs so I'm a little biased.

I love the 4 runner. I’m on my second, but I just don’t care for the 40th anniversary stripes down the side. Love everything else about it though.

Sorta…cool…??…

Overall like the truck and wouldn’t mind the decals if the decals were a little different. That sort of Starsky and Hutch thing in decidedly popular colors and pattern from the 70s really doesn’t do it for me especially with the rest of the truck being modern. Yank the graphics off or change them and your in business.

4runners hold their value and cars that hold their value are cool.

I like it. Voted cool.

But not certain I’d want to pay an extra 5k for it.

Big fan of all things 4Runner, but that looks a little off to me.

Really looking forward to the next gen and hoping they don’t screw it up.

The competition have really stepped it up and if they want to stay relevant they'll have to as well. That said I'm positive they'll screw it up by adding too much tech, digital this and that and jack up the price to that of a luxury vehicle and not that of a capable family car alternative or outdoor sports truck.
I miss the days of the Biscayne mentality: same basic structure as the Belair but without the frills for 2/3 the price.

I’m hoping they will lean more toward reliable off road and leave the country club segment to the GX. Rumor has it it’s going to have a turbo 4, seems Toyota is headed toward turbo everywhere.

Cool retro 70's vibe and an excellent truck too, but a no go with a 5K premium tacked on.

Hi Mik.

I like the wheels, but I wouldn't pay 5k for them (then again, I've never paid extra for wheels, so I'm not the best person to ask ).

At first glance it’s cool, but I think I’d get tired of it quickly.

Cool but I’m absolutely a Toyota kool aid drinker. You can’t go wrong with a 4R.

Cool to me. I have a TRD Off Road Premium and could not be more impressed with the vehicle for price, drive and comfort. I have owned a Range Rover HSE, several Lexus LX570's and an assortment of other SUV and none does it better for the price than the 4Runner for me.

I'm a big fan of the 4Runner and I have an earlier V8 version but I would probably pass on the stripe although I get the throwback vibe which is kinda cool I guess. I like the wheels which are very similar to the Land Cruiser Heritage edition that is sadly no longer available new in the US.

It's an overpriced package for what it offers but there will only be 4040 of them made and the 4Runner is one of the coolest rides around so overall I vote "cool".

Just a heads up there’s a 2024 Land Cruiser being revealed around Q4 that’s going to be a bronco competitor. Simultaneously the Lexus GX will be a higher end version with likely a stronger motor and more bells and whistles.

Are they dumping the V8 and going to the souped up V6?
