Incoming!!! StarWh... 15510 OR

Okay, after buying my CODE, my SA called me for several times for ROOs and ROCs. I'm picky on basically everything in my life, so I rejected several pieces. My next watch had to be something I really like, and something I would wear several times a week.

I wanted a RO silver/white dial, but when I saw the RO rose gold, black dial, something, something triggers my brain. Rose gold, black dial and black strap, is just perfect. Yes, this RO is on strap, but having a full rose gold watch at my age, is just stupid. Maybe when I'm 60 I can pull it off...

Someone on the forum told me the 41mm is too big for my wist, so I tried a 37mm, which was way too small. I think 41mm is ok.

For me buying a watch has to be for special occasion. I can't buy several watches a year.Had a few work related things to celebrate, so it was time for a new watch.

As always APs customer service is just fantastic. Always feel welcome. No idea why, but my SA wanted a selfie.

I do have to say buying a RO felt different than my CODE, strange feeling.

Congrats on the watch! I have the same condition. Take a #2 hair clipper trimmer to it once a month and the watch will look significantly better

Yup, he is one of the few SAs that I see with a CODE, not any CODE. White gold/ceramic version. We have similar taste in style, high contrast materials. RG/black, white gold/ceramic, etc.

What was the thinking to change from the standard Alligator to Rubber strap please?

The weather, summer has arrived in HK, so it’s hot and humid. Also, the rubber strap fits my style a bit better. Might change to the alligator once it gets cooler in HK.

Sure, I get that. Thanks for answering

Did you take it with both straps ready to swap over as and when?

Congrats, what a looker!

It definitely looks huge on you, but if anything the leather strap will help it contour to your wrist better once you wear it in

Looks great on you. Congratulations.

Not possible to judge size over pictures. Camera perspective changes dramatically depending on how close or how far the camera is from your wrist. A few inches difference and the same watch can look too small or too big. And who doesn’t look good wearing a RO41?

Congratulations again.

It's a beauty. I tried on the same watch with the blue dial and strap yesterday. The AP pink gold is something to behold in person.
