Blancpain Minute Repeating Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5335 Information Guide

Sharing some work on one of my favourite models, the Blancpain Minute Repeating Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5335.

In my opinion a horological masterpiece with some rather interesting and relatively unknown details including a case by legendary case maker Jean-Pierre Hagmann, a bracelet by Gay Frères, a variety of dial variants and a race to be the first ever minute repeating perpetual calendar in a wristwatch with the Patek Philippe ref. 3974. Being a low production model and with a last known RRP of 188CHF (yellow gold) these pieces offer tremendous amount of horological value today.
