Rolex Service Center or a Rolex certified watchmaker. I would not think it is that expensive to fix. Good luck.

It needs to go straight in for a service and repair, make sure you take it to an authorized "ROLEX" dealer.

Screwing it back on is what you do.. That's how they're attached..

In the future, wind it only forward (clockwise) and not back and forth and it won't come off again..

Are you sure the OP is referring to having screwed the crown back onto the stem, rather than just onto the crown tube? (I didn't know that the crown is screwed onto the stem, ya learn something new everyday)...

An Authorized watch dealer who can put you on to the service center or call them directly (Service Center).

The crown is lock tited to the stem or should have been in the assembly or servicing of the watch. If it wasn't he'll have an ongoing problem. The stem is held in a pin vise dipped into lock tite then the crown is screwed on tightly it should not come off between servicing. The tube is also lock tited to the case for the same reason and to help in water resistency. Rik
