Got the call for Daytona Panda 126500LN

Hello watch buddies,

After 4 years of waiting and a very limited purchasing history at my local AD, I got the call to pick-up my dream watch.

I was very surprised, due to my limited purchasing history I was thinking that they would never call me.

I must say that I developed a good relationship with my SA over the years, walking in the boutique every 6 months to check the status of my order.

Very excited for tomorrow, when I will pick the watch up :)

Congrats and thanks for sharing your story. I am approaching a year on the waitlist at my local AD for the 126500 and this give me hope! They said it will be two years, which I think is optimistic. I have the money burning a hole in my pocket :-)

I kind of chuckled when you said you developed a good relationship (good enough for a Panda) by checking in every 6 months over 4 years with your SA because that wouldn't get me a datejust in my store and I consider myself pretty charming

This does give me some hope when I see others getting one, even if my SA tells me theres a 10 year wait and scoffs directly into my face when I dare ask/mention a SS Daytona (I have carefully tried!).

Congrats! What a beautiful watch, enjoy in good health!

I was thinking something similar. I check in at my AD every 2 months, to make sure they know I’m serious. I’m due for a visit mid-February. Congrats, OP! Great news. We will need pics!

Congrats! I love the sleek and comfortable feel of the stainless steel Daytona. And the newest model with that little bezel ring adds a nice finishing touch. Enjoy!
