Ref for that blue tt sub would be 16613lb.

The watch pictured is fake.

Not accurate. The 16603 was the model before the 16613. My first TT Rolex was a 16603. The older blue dials sometimes have a purple hue and are stunning. I also love the nipple dial on that model.

I stand corrected.

Something about that watch still doesn’t look right to me.

The pics aren't great. The rug holes are correct, the bezel had to have been replaced. I don't know why they put a bezel protector on it. The dial should have the nipple dial which it does and has faded appropriately. The purple is beautiful but not that common. There appears to be significant stretch too which is also common for a piece that old.

Probably the horribly polished lugs.

Pretty tough I think for someone to recognize the exact piece just from the photos. What I mean is that chances are small and it's kinda like shooting in the dark. I think more people here would be able to help and offer advice if we had more context. Like who's selling, where the watch is advertised at, price, serial number, etc. People may have had experience with the particular seller, advise on the price, condition, etc. Need to hit a bullseye for someone to recognize and know that exact watch you're inquiring about.

Very cool vintage Bluesy though! Love the patina'd dial. I am certainly not the expert at all, but I am thinking that the bezel might be replaced since it's so blue and perfect and doesn't match the condition of the rest of the watch? Also, appears to have been polished considerably, and also might have considerable bracelet stretch?

Good luck and I hope this one works out for you!

You can always use the google search by image option on each photo and see if anything pops up.

The scam is the attempted use of those bad photos.
Tell the seller to provide clear pics before asking someone to help validate a rough watch.
Good luck…
