Patek Perp Cal Chrono ?

I have always wanted a manual Patek PCC but the big thing that stops me is I just never find a watch on a strap comfortable. I have had custom straps made for watches and even then it may start the day comfortable but as the day goes on it gets too tight or too loose.
Has there been other Patek PCCs on a bracelet or is the 5270/1R-001 the only one?
I love the 5270/1R-001. The black dial is stunning but I just think it may be too flashy for regular wear with jeans and a t-shirt (this is coming from someone who often wears a DD40 YG LOL)

I really never wear a suit etc

This is truly a First World Problem LOL!

Depends on the size of your wrist, but 3970 came on integrated bracelet. It just depends if it is to your taste. They tend to be priced quite reasonably due to the bracelet aspect.

I would seriously consider the 5270r - Patek did this after doing a piece unique for Clapton and they liked it so much I suppose they decided to do it for regular production, reusing the bracelet design for the original gen annual cal.

Edit/
Having said that, you should look at the 5960 too. Very nice.

Thank you for the info.
Just looked at the 3970 and I just don't like the pushers, the hallmarks on the side etc.

The 5960 is a nice watch but its automatic and I just want a manual PCC

I have 6.8 in wrist and mostly wear 40 mm.

I guess I need to decide if the 5270/1R-001 is too bling for daily casual wear.

The one negative of the 5270/1R-001 to me is you can't really wear it on a strap due to how. the adjustment pushers are designed. Thats not a big issue though as I said I really don't care for straps in general but it would be nice to have that option.

I always wondered why a strap couldn't be put on the 5270/1R. This photo helps explain it -- thanks for sharing!

Yeah I like you wondered for the longest time and after a lot of searching found that pic

Im sure in theory you could find a strap that would work but it would just look weird whenever you look down, at least it would to me.
