Yea, I sent it in for a “regulation” as it was a bit slower than I care for but since it was about 7 years they wanted to do a full service so $700 later and here I am. It comes with a 2yr warranty but Panerai service is very much like Rolex with the exception of a better recovery system to send in than Rolex.
They send you this collapsible box system to send your watch to them. ![]() I did get some nice swag because after a conversation they knew I was a Paneristi. ![]() Send your Pam104 to Rikki. He did my 104 and it was a better and cheaper experience. The OPIII movement is easy to service. My Pam661 Carbotech has their P.9010 in-house movement so I let Panerai do it but will ask Rikki next time if he can service it.
