Awesome & really cool that this exists. I wonder if there’s a Born In East LA version?

The movie was remarkable that it was ever made by a major studio. The watch only came out about a 9 months ago, iirc. Although my habits have changed since the movie came out, it's still great that they made the watch! Sucked me in.

Thanks.. After I took it I saw the red and white stripes in the cyclops as well as the LEC and it solidified it as one of my favorite pics so far.

The northeast has been wet for over 2 months now so a sunny summer is very welcome.

In the Boston area, the last weekend without rain was March 22nd. Ready for some sun.

Also, I can't get the LEC to show up, no matter what I do. What year was the Sub made. I understand earlier ones were easier to get the LEC to show.

About 2018. This model is by far the easiest to see the LEC. My BLNR is 2nd easiest and the white SS Daytona is almost impossibly without a side high lume light.
This Sub40C shows the LEC in a lot of my pics and it has to be the high gloss dial is making it pop.

Even under water:

So true! Between Cicadas and torrential rain storms, it’s been and interesting spring/summer so far.
