I’ve never heard of Bergdorf, but on googling it may be similar.
Harrods is arguably better known

Lol. I got a kick out of them selling crispy creme donuts in the food court. And the answer is yes, I can’t turn down a donut / no matter which country has them

I’d love to but my post was about the lack of availability here in UK so was hoping to help someone out in the US who would then return the favour.
I think you misunderstood my post.

Anyway, I am buying the Tudor for my son’s 21st birthday. My eldest son chose an IWC but my middle one wants the Tudor.

And I will patiently wait for a BLNR or sub date. And I would fly out to collect!

You’ll get a sub date in the UK. Put your efforts into building a relationship here and it’ll reap rewards over the years.
It’s very unlikely someone in the USA is going to find you a BLNR and sell you it at US retail, or find an AD who’s willing to sell it to someone 5000 miles away. They have their own customers on waiting lists.

I like your style, but don’t think it’s gonna work

I don't mean anything by this other than pointing out the humor, to me, that what's nearby goes unknown but I'm aware of a store that requires use of a passport for me to visit.

Three hour drive from NYC? I think we require passports from your origin too.

Bet you know Saks though.

Fair enough Nairn but my other passion is Art. Within the Art collectors world people ‘proxy’ and for a small fee I have been helped with new purchases across the globe.
I recently sent a stranger in Australia a large amount to buy me something and ship it. No issues and it arrived a week later!

I did pay via Amex through paypal to make sure i was covered!
