Good lord. Shame on the members here getting pissy and giving grief about OPs investments and budget and looking down their nose about asking advice in the first place. Should we start suggesting people with low budgets start a go fund me or get another job? Is there an appropriate budget for TRF?

OP, simple advice - PM sub, GMT, or DD40 are all home runs but you have to figure out what you like. PM sub if you can't make a choice as there are only a couple different flavors.

There are very stupid questions in life. But there is no lack of stupid people who ask them. Sadly TRF is not immune to this.

Thanks to you for your great contributions on the forum. Please keep making more, folks like me really enjoy them :)

It wasn’t about his original post. It was his response later telling me to not give pissant lectures from my ivory tower. Someone asked for an opinion, I gave him a candid one which he didn’t like. His response so was dumbfounding it makes me wonder if there should be an IQ test here to become a member.

It’s hard to have cash and not have good options. Probably go with DavidSW or other great reputation grey dealers. If you have good AD relation, ask they might surprise you with a good option.

DD’s are hard to get these days from AD’s even if VIP, it might take time.

Ask your AR something might show up. Good luck to you. Cheers.

PS: BTW charity starts at home they say... or close to you...but certainly we should just assume that people that are fortunate in this Forum, know how to share for a better to society, friends, family and our communities, no lecture needed. One should know when and how to do it.

state of the times where $35k gets you no real options lol. a year or so ago and that'd be prime for any PM piece or a few good steel options
