Genuine 1016 Explorer Dial
Hey guys need expert advice if this 1016 Explorer dial is the real deal? I know the vintage dials are becoming scary good and unless you don’t know what you’re looking for it is most likely a fake.
This one I’m sure is genuine, from a genuine seller but I just want to be sure. Thanks in advance! https://www.ebay.com/itm/22443952346...mis&media=COPY |

I assume you understand that it is being sold as a service dial from the era where luminova service dials were marked with "T". So this is not a vintage dial.

You can check it here : https://explorer1016.com/matte/service-dials/
They are quite white print and 'thin' depth printing (whereas say a Tritinova 16760/710 is only noticeable on the lume plots). Roughly it would knock about 1/3 off value of original Tritium dial piece, or 2/3rds off a gilt dial version piece with one fitted.
