What other brands do you have/like
Having got the usual suspects with Rolex, Sub date,Seadweller,Deepsea,Daytona etc etc.Next I have a couple of Panerai's 114 and an 89 which are great on leather. I've now broadened my horizons with a Chopard and i've revisited Breitling. Are you looking further than a Rolex.

I have, and I do! Along with a Seiko 6309-7049 that I've had for 25+ years, I've got a Yellow Monster, a Citizen 20th Anniversary, an Eco-Zilla, and two Doxa's; a 750T Professional and a 1000T Divingstar.
I acquired my grail, a Sea Dweller, just last month. It's a brilliant piece of kit, and I'm very fortunate and happy to have finally realized that dream. It may be quite some time before I "need" another watch ..... Cheers! Bill |

Chu88y, you haven't lived until you had a Breguet. I would recommend an XXI to start with, although it is an atypical Breguet (without the signature hands, sportier than the rest of them). If you have about $17000 to spend, get a pre-owned Marine II Chrono in either white or rose gold. They retail for roughly $30,000 but times are rough and some dealers are selling them very cheap. I own one and it is my favorite, hands down. If you get it on a rubber strap (Breguet makes some very, very nice rubber straps), it looks equally as good with jeans/polo as it does with a suit. One of the most versatile watches I have ever owned, bar none.

I got lucky with mine. A dealer in Cleveland was selling two watches as a package, one of them was an 18k Ulysse Nardin Maxi Diver with baguette diamonds: ![]()

/S/ lists what I have now.
I'd like to have an AP ROO again. This time one with a leather strap. Would also like a tribute release of a classic diver. The IWC Aquatimer, the JLC Polaris or a BP FF. A Lange perpetual calendar in platinum. Would like to have something p950 someday. |

Have an Omega Seamaster, and a series of old Swatch's. I would like to own an IWC and maybe a Panerai some day too.

While my financial situation prevents me from purchaing more watches, some of my favourite watch makers are Breitling, Patek Philippe, Breguet, Audemars Piguet and to a certain extent, Tag Heuer.

I own rolex, panerai, omega, JLC, Buti, Glycine, TAG H., but at the momento I go crazy for my vintage Tudor Chono 76180 (big block) and my next buy will be Tudor Montecarlo.

I prefer Rolex and Breitling the most; although I have owned a couple Ebel, a few Maurice Lacroix, a Chronoswiss, a Blancpain, and an Armand Nicolet. Rolex and Breitling have the best resale appeal.

Rolex and Breitling. I have never had a desire to go to a "higher echelon" and I have a strong desire to stay from pretty much anything lower...

I've been looking into Seikos of the Japanese Domestic Market.
I'm fond of the SBGF027, SBGX005, and SBGT015 models. In the meantime, I've just ordered the SGF719P-L [which is not a true JDM product]. Work is so busy, it was decided I needed a DAY/date to keep my facts right. Rather, reportedly a Japanese movement, assembled elsewhere. I added in their stainless folded-link bracelet, for a delivered price of $166. Big difference from ¥252,000 ~ ¥325,500 for the selected Grand Seikos. |

Besides Rolex, I have Seiko, Movado and other watches. I like Movado watches because they are simple and elegant!
