Fourth GS Suggestions
Looking for opinions for a fourth GS to buy , after a 9F, Hi-Beat, and SP/44GS . Don't care too much about dial differences, or Limited Edition, instead more on technological innovations.

Fourth GS Suggestions
If you want something with technological advances on a GS, then a spring drive comes to mind. Godzilla maybe?

Au_911tt (Chase) has a SBGW264 , Rose Gold/ Green Dial, ED 120 pieces, in excellent condition ,listed at $12,500. This watch came out a few years back MSRP at $24,000. I understand buying a watch is not an investment, but with a deep discount of almost 50% on an ED, one wonder if a regular manual wind GS can hold its value.
I have also looked at the SBGW231, but this model has quality issue. A few owners have reported tiny bubbles developing along the edge of the box crystal. Someone may suggest no brand is perfect, but GS is about perfection . Adding insult to injury, Grand Seiko claims these bubbles are no big concern , and is within their quality tolerance limit. |

Sorry. You forgot "...and thinner movement and also therefore thinner watch case". |
