IMO a collection is a variation of watches that you enjoy. I don’t really get buying a chrono for a collection if there isn’t a piece you love. I “like” Daytona but it’s too small for me. Thus, you like what you like…. I have two subs because I love subs. But they are different enough for me. I’m not saying I’m done and I too am on the list for a modern ss gmt so we will see. But sounds like you’re pretty content with your lineup, as you should be. If I had to let one go it would be explorer.

The current purchasing process with Rolex is definitely #1 hindrance to growing collection. I too thoroughly enjoy a random purchase on a vacation and that’s just not happening in 99% of cases.

I’m on the same path- DJ, kermit, and a ND. Holding for a Pepsi and if a Daytona comes I’ll take it. Gna let go of the ND and Dj, keep Kermit and Pepsi.

I love you collection and how you use it and think about it. but ....ask yourself if you had to lose one....i would drop the SD43. replace with a DD PM / or daytona (these are 2 iconic Rolex) - ps i love my explorer 2 and gmt too....must keep

- First watch purchased from an AD!

- Totally comfortable for me although I understand it's not for everyone
- Don't want this gone either

Exp2
- My travel watch, love having the GMT function
- Also somewhat of a "beater", I don't baby it
- Could potentially let this go for a BLNR... but then again I already own a fantastic GMT so why even consider this?

It might exist. It just hasn't found you yet. Close will likely not be close enough. But at least you'll keep more of your money in the meantime.

U have 3 perfect rolexes.
In terms of sizing and wearibility.

The only missing is prob a datejust. Or a daydate or a full gold rolex.

I mean u dun even require a pepsi or batman or girl. U got the rootbear.

You seem to have the sports models covered. I’d look at a DJ on Jubilee for a bit of balance and call it a day!

Failing that, a BLNR on jubilee would be a good replacement for the Explorer, gives you the functionality you like and also adds a bit of variety with a different bracelet.
