Oysterflex vs Tudor rubber strap

Is the Tudor rubber strap new? Or have I been living under a rock? And how does it compare to Rolex Oysterflex?

While the Tudor is comfortable and good build quality. The oysterflex design architechture and ergonomics are both superior to the Tudor. Rightfully so, considering the significant price difference
