Best kept AP secret (an incoming thread)

Hi all

First post here from a long time lurker. Randomly managed to snag my first AP. A 15707CE from 2014. It was in absolute mint condition with no scratches etc. I’ve had it on my wrist for the last couple of weeks and can’t believe it is such a sleeper on here. The finish is amazing and the case has a very Darth Vader feel. If Darth Vader was hand finished. It isn’t as heavy as SS so just the perfect weight and extremely wearable on the rubber strap. Mine is keeping great time and I’m blown away by the smoothness of the wind. And the ease of operation of the dive bezel. The angular ceramic knobs are very easy to twiddle.

I’m so impressed with this watch. Definitely a keeper. They aren’t making more of these!

Greg

Nice pickup. Wear it in good health. If the orange bits were in red, I'd be a proud owner of this piece years ago. To each of our own tho.

Great watch! I've been waiting for a new ceramic diver for years.

Congrats! One of my favorite divers, it is begging to have an orange strap put on it.

It’s a great watch and was super popular until they stopped making it. I wore the forged carbon version as a daily beater for almost 5 years and it was perfect actually held up better than my Deepsea. Wish I never sold that watch.

Enjoy the CE diver. It’s an all time great AP classic.

I like the idea of the orange strap but the black is super
Low key and can be dressed up too. Who said this can’t slip under the cuff. 😂

Love the orange accent, adds a nice touch on there without it being too bold but still leaves open to option to throw a reality bold orange strap on it to really stand out
