Killer shots John. The Milgauss is a hard watch to shoot, but you've hit a home run.

Jeremy, I didn't know you were a fellow-Millie owner! Mine hasn't left my wrist in 2 days... It is so comfortable that I don't have to take it off at night either!

Weird - such a simple watch, yet like a drug - you GOTTA have it!

It's a very under-rated watch on this forum. Amazing how low that can be purchased for.

Really is unique isn't it??? It was one of the first things I noticed when I was molesting the watch at my AD before he sized it for me.

John
Please let me know what you think when you see the Plat DDII in the flesh.
I like the RG DDII with the fluted bezel and really love the black face with black arabic numerals on it! BUT it is really more sporty than dress (bezel makes it look that way.... I don't know, I just can't explain it.) The smooth bezel on the Plat looks too thick and also out of proportion to me, really takes away from the class of the Plat DD. IF I could have 4 Day Dates the 4th would be the Plat DDII...........
I agree with you both, I'd say the musical overtone is caused by the Faraday cage... Put your wrist under your pillow with your ear directly above the Milgauss; I know it sounds strange, but it gets even louder.

I'm going to try a RD DDII also, just not a fan of Au timepieces, they dent way too easy for me.
