RO Chronograph maintenance and water resistance.

Hope to hear from 26300 owners...

Do you regularly clean it with soap and water or is that a bit too risky considering its 50m only WR and chrono buttons?

Also how well does the metal finish absorb scratches and hairlines?

Thanks!

Kyung: I am calling you and your gorgeous blue dial Chrono out!

I wash mine regularly with Varaet. No worries there. I haven't really notice any hairline scratches since the majority of the bracelet is brushed. Seems to hold up well.

Hope this helps.

Yup, I wash mine with soap and water about once a week. I just make sure that I tighten the screw-down pusher and crown before I clean the watch.

I wear mine pretty carefully (more so than my other watches) and so far the ROC has held up quite well. It seems like it's less prone to hairlines than my Sub, but not sure if that's because of the finish of the ROC or if I am wearing it more carefully.
