I am looking for help, if possible, to tell if this piece is genuine.

Band is fake at least, bezel insert is fake so your off to a bad start, I need more pics to tell you more, hand stack photo is the easiest way to tell for sure.

Fake!
Crown is far too large for a GMT and the presence of sticker rings all bells.
Bracelet end links are also fake for sure

It looks like a gmt in the case of a submariner...

I will agree with many of the comments above, crown too big, SEL end links look dodgy.
Embossed crown on clasp looks funny.

Is this from a shop or online?
