Epic, I don`t want to neg. but in one of the pics the gold is wearing off. I don`t think that is right. I am a s/s gmt guy so I don`t know gold but maybe its the pic.

If you mean the pic in post #17 the two steel links are on loan from AD just till they get two proper links. They loaned them to me because the strap was too short.

In other occasions it must be lighting or such because my camera seems to flatten the colours very badly, especially gold parts look nothing like they look in reality. I have gone through the watch with a very close scrutiny, lots of light and a huge magnifier. If you could tell me which pic I would love the opportunity to take a better one
