Someone should of just paid the 3% or split it, and you both could of slept peacefully!

I don't think that would of matter. Paypal did get 50% of the transaction fee

I always thought if you wire money its pretty much gone too.

The seller says the watch has been shipped but was never given a tracking number...

You are much more relaxed about an unknown seller having your funds for 5 days and not giving you a tracking number than I would be; I would have lost it by now...

If he is using Parcel Pro they instruct the sender not to give out the tracking number as part of their insurance requirements.

I hope it all ends well for both of you. For me as both a buyer and seller, price is important but being comfortable with the person on the other side of the transaction is equally if not more important.

Sent from my iPad (so I blame autocorrect for the spellin' errs)

Well, i was able to locate the tracking number without the seller giving it to me. Really wasn't that hard. Im not a scammer. I live in a private gated community and Fedex cannot come in without permission. I need to contact fedex so they can call when they are in route. Thats why i needed the tracking number so i can let them know the situation. Expecting delivery on Monday! Sigh...
