Tritium hands "repair" ??

Does anyone can help ??

I have two sets of Sub / GMT tritium hands. Both have a very thin crack in the minute / hour hand.

As far as I know, it´s possible to fix this by marking the backside of the hand with some liquid material.....

Is that right ???

What kind of liquid do the watchmakers use ???

I believe they can "stabilize" the lume so that it doesn't continue to crack. What a watchmaker adds I don't know. There are a few on the forums and hopefully they can chime in.
