Fake GMTs - Pepsi
So today I fired up www.crazedlist.org, a site that lets you search the entire US craigslist, and look what I found in Southern California:
http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/jwl/725238975.html ROLEX Oyster Professional GMT MASTER II Swiss ETA Movement - $160 (Newport Beach) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to: sale-725238975@craigslist.org Date: 2008-06-19, 8:20AM PDT ROLEX Oyster Professional GMT MASTER II Swiss ETA Movement. Crown endings are correct which is the first give away on lower quality. Exact serial #'s and laser etched Rolex engravings on the movement inside and out. Has laser etched logo on the Saphire Crystal. A trained jewler would have to open the watch up and truely anylize it to know it wasn't the real deal. Local pickup is available Rolex GMT Master II Swiss ETA BLUE / RED BEZEL MOVEMENT: Swiss ETA Automatic CASE DIAMETER: 40mm THICKNESS: 12mm DIAL COLOR: Black Dial with MAXI markers CASE MATERIAL: Solid 316L Stainless Steel BRACELET: Solid 316L Stainless Steel FRONT GLASS: Sapphire BACK GLASS: Solid case back BEZEL: Bi-directional bezel HACK MOVEMENT: Yes CLASP TYPE: Flip Lock DATE INDICATOR: At 3:00 position with correct 2.5x date magnification Water Resistant 3m waterproof Rolex Serial and Reference engraved on lugs All of the above works are carried out by Swiss Trained Technicians (Laser etched logo at 6 o'clock just like the real thing. This is what sets this watch apart from all other .) Serial #s as shown in photo with Hologram on back. Solid end links Retail $399. The watch guaranteed to work 100%, It has never been worn. I garuntee this to be the best quality. If it does not funciton properly or it stops working from malfunction, I will replace or refund, thats how confident I am. IĀ like repeat business and knowing my customers. These are actual pictures *** Please Note these watches are Automatic and DO NOT require batteries. These exquisite watches stay operable by the movement in your wrist while the timepiece is being worn. It is recomended that you manually wind the watch 10 rotations before inital use. |

There is a web site that....
....sells ALL KINDS of fake Rolex along with all high end watch lines. They use the ETA movements in MOST of their watches.

It will be hard to stop 'em since the counterfeiters are also copying ETA movements.
