This 118239 has a dial color haven't seen before, apparently called "Havana". Is that a custom color or genuine Rolex offering? In addition to dial, everything looks good for a Y serial 118239? Niticed had the newer clasp (which thought came later in production) and full paperwork

All looks good/genuine from here.

The dial print looks a bit iffy in the first couple pics, but I believe it's just a smudge on the crystal or photo/lighting issue. The later pics show the dial looking perfectly fine/correct.

I found a few other pictures of DD's with that dial in Google (plus a thread here as well: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=251338); seems like that dial is quite rare.

The seller has good feedback on Ebay; also found through listed phone number seems to be a brick and mortar store in San Antonio, Texas (http://www.diamondjgallerysa.com); guess will keep investigating
