Not so Mil... MilSub...

He does disclose that the dial, hands, and insert are not authentic... But regardless I hate seeing this kind of stuff.. The dial and hands look horrible as does the insert. the "lume" on the hands and "dial" look like they have spent way to much time in the spray tanning booth...

Already over $5K US for a case and a movement...

Like it or not, he is not trying to deceive - he explains it boldly and clearly.
In my opinion - nothing to report

This is a honest seller: as Adam pointed out, this seller lists every detail about the watch (including the potential water ingress on the movement) in detail. I bought several vintage Rolex and Omega parts from this fella and he's solid.

I wouldn't say solid seller, he is honest about it yes but personally I wouldn't buy from anyone who thinks it's ok to sell anything with aftermarket parts. Personal opinion ofcourse but everyone I deal with and know wouldn't dream of selling a watch with aftermarket dial or hands it doesn't give the best impression as a dealer.

Thats fine, but it does not make it (in my opinion) something that is infringing eBay rules (laws?).

Its like saying, I would not have friends that wore fur coats from real animals - that's fine, but its not illegal to wear a sable mink coat

I am in denia at the moment, it is getting a bit cold here today, not as bad as the uk though. I find it to be one of the best climates though in the whole of Europe.
