Do watch dials or bracelets have serial numbers on them?

I was wondering if the newer (116234) Datejust dials or bracelets have serial numbers confirming if it is the original to the watch. For example, if my dial was replaced by another exact (silver sticks replaced with silver sticks) dial by AD would there be a way to tell that the dial is not original? Also, is it the same with the bracelet? I understand that the watch has a serial number but do the dials or bracelets also have matching serial numbers? I tried searching but was not able to get an exact answer to this.

I do not believe the dials are stamped in any way.
Why would they, they are not unique parts to your watch.
The case is stamped and I think possibly the movement? (I'm doubting myself now on that one, maybe someone else can confirm)

The Movement has been serial numbered for longer than I have been on this earth.
So yes, the Cases and Movements are serial numbered.

Way, way back in the day when pocket watches were all the go the Movements were serial numbered but I think it's quite possible the cases were not if I recall correctly.
It was common practice for one to choose the Movement they wanted and it was a separate decision to choose the type, style and cost of the Case one wanted it in which was much more than likely made by a separate Case manufacturer. In modern times it's a decision which is already made by the Wrist watch manufacturer, so it's stamped along with the Movement.
That's why there were so many examples of high and low grade movements and every thing in between that could be found in the same model/specification case with Pocket watches.

Modern Rolex watches have a 3 alphanumeric random code stamped in the clasp, and Rolex got in its database Case/Movement/Clasp matching infos ;)

I assumed they would stamp the back of the dial and the bracelet similar to the watch itself to be able to identify whether the parts are all original to the watch or to later see if the watch came with a specific dial color etc.

Make no mistake.
Since the days of random serial numbers Rolex knows full well the original configuration of the watch with just a few mouse clicks.
With more information available in their data base as to roughly when the dial was made along with just about every other individual component and where it was made due to the levels of traceability within their system.

In terms of dials, they are simply a service item and there's no value what so ever to assign a serial number and there never has been.

In addition, Rolex controls the supply of parts with an iron fist these days so the business of swapping key identifier components between modern models are fundamentally over.

My SD 43 bracelet has an number near where the pin goes.
Did not really pay attention to what number that is, Whether generic or specific to the watch.

I can see why someone might be interested in this. For example, if you are looking for a pre-owned watch and care that it is all original, and that no parts have been replaced (other than maybe parts a service may require).

I don't know the answer, but I can see why you're asking.

My Exp I 214270 new dial with lume at 3 6 9 has "U0P" where the middle character is obviously narrower than the U or P, so I'm assuming it's a zero or naught as some of you out there say; or zed I guess. I have no idea if it's some kind of serial number but it seems short for that purpose.

You are right. My reason for asking is I am considering a pre-owned rolex. I am looking for a datejust with a factory Diamond Dial. I was offered a datejust with a swapped diamond dial from another watch (so a genuine diamond dial but not original to the watch). I was wondering if the dials had identifiers marking them specific to the watch it was from.

How did you know that THAT watch had a swapped dial? Did the owner tell you?

Rolex actually started with serial numbers on some dials in 2020.
At the moment, white 116500LN dial, 126711CHNR to mention two have them. We'll likely see a rollout of this system in the years to come.
