Datejust TT jub s SS jub DJ41

So why can you get gold and SS on Two tone jub DJ 41, and why don’t they offer the jub with White gold and stainless, matching the white gold bezel

Because hardly anyone would pay an extra $3000+ for white gold centerlinks and crown, especially when they look exactly like SS?
